In addition to the system requirements, ALA recommends the following:
- When using VOIP, everyone but the active speaker should have their microphones muted. This will be an online PowerPoint presentation with voiceover by Susan. Participants will not need microphones.
- Cell phones can cause interference and should be turned off and not placed near the computer or the land line.
