- Creating safe spaces for conversations (one library had a sitting area and offered mint tea)
- Collection Development – acquiring credible resources about Palestine
- Creating Reading Lists or book lists
- Using Palestinian literature in book clubs
- Cooking demo using recipes from Palestinian cookbooks
- Storytime featuring Palestinian children’s literature
- Highlighting poetry books by Palestinian poets
- Including Palestine in any type of World Culture programming (films, tatreez (embroidery), art/design, etc.)
- Library support for students engaging in encampment
- Social media posts highlighting resources and events

- LAP has many campaigns but our biggest is the annual One Book, Many Communities
- Our social media sites are very active sharing important information.
- LAP created a support group after Oct. 7th which is a safe space for librarians, library workers, archivists, and other information workers to talk about their experience with Palestine solidarity work.
- LAP has a number of fundraising campaigns that all go toward aiding libraries and cultural centers in Palestine.
